All refund requests will be processed according to the following policy:
If a refund request is made before the delivery of any initial concepts or drafts, you will be eligible for a Full Refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the delivery of the initial book concept, draft, or design, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
If a refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours of initial delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial delivery. However, we encourage you to contact our support team for resolution and possible alternatives to ensure satisfaction.
Once you have approved or requested revisions to the delivered material (book draft, design, or content), the refund offer becomes void and no refund will be issued.
No refund requests will be entertained if you have taken no action on your order for 30 days after placing it. If you wish to reactivate your project, a reactivation fee may apply depending on the project’s scope.
No refunds will be issued after final files, manuscripts, or published materials have been delivered.
For book publishing services, no refund will be entertained once the book has been submitted for publishing or uploaded to distribution platforms (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.).
For book marketing and promotional services, refunds will not be applicable once campaigns have been initiated or digital materials distributed.
For bundled or custom packages (e.g., Book Writing + Cover Design + Publishing), refunds apply only to the portion of the project that has not yet been initiated or delivered.
Example: If you have approved your book cover design, you may only claim a refund for the publishing or marketing portion before it starts.
Refund requests must include a valid reason based on the original brief and service expectations. If our work aligns with the agreed requirements, a refund will not be granted—but we will provide additional revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds are only applicable when orders are placed in good faith. If it is found that the same project was assigned to multiple service providers simultaneously to claim multiple refunds, Awsomate Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline the refund request.
All creative work (including designs, written manuscripts, and formatted files) produced by Awsomate Pvt. Ltd. remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients are responsible for copyright registration of their materials after final delivery. Awsomate Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for coincidental similarity to existing works.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and approval will be subject to compliance with this refund policy.
